I need to setup HylaFax which leads to my first question, anyone got an opinion on whether or not to use HylaFax or HylaFax+? Also, I have to setup a Digi serial port server for an external fax modem. Any reco''s on a robust unit that won''t need to be reset often? Thanks! jlc

The MT5634ZBA has been excellent, although you might want to move up a bit if you want support for caller-id features. By then 3Com had the company and the repair cost they wanted (exchange program I guess) was _way_ to high. It''s still sitting in a corner awaiting a decision (umpteen years now). I cannot speak to HylaFax+ . We also use MultiTech MT5634ZBAs and have been very pleased with them as well. They must be ten years old by now.
