Rails - Oct 2005 - beginner's problem after changing the database configuration file

Hi guys,

i am getting this error after I changed my database configuration file.
After doing so, I cannot start my webserver, generate new files, etc. Can
anyone tell me how to solve this, and why is it doing what it is doing?

I need to understand more about rails, and would be great if anyone can
point me towards anything wrt this issue!
