theora dev - Mar 2004 - missing file in debian folder.

these file should be in cvs in the debian subfolder so that is
actually produces usable deb files. j

Is 'ilibtheora' magic, or a typo? With it none of the library docs get 
installed. Without it, they get installed under libtheora-1.0alpha3 not 
libtheora0.
