Normally you don't add applications to winecfg until after you've
installed them.
To map a cd drive, open winecfg with a cd mounted, go to the drives tab, and
click Autodetect. Select the cd drive from the list, click Show Advanced and
make sure it is mapped as a cd-rom, then click OK.

That version of Wine is old; the latest release is 1.3.35.
