Mr. Gowda,
Please review the following prior posts:
"HOW TO: Migrating users' locally-stored profiles from one domain or
workgroup to a new domain"

Note that I have only performed this migration where the users had
locally-stored profiles. If you are using roaming profiles with your
Samba server, different methods will be required; that is an exercise
for you, the administrator, to figure out.
If you have specific questions after reading the above linked pages,
please feel free to ask. You should ask your questions to the Samba
mailing list ( https://lists.samba.org/mailman/listinfo/samba --
subscribe, to ensure that you are included in the discussion ) so that
the whole Samba community will benefit from the discussion. I suggest
you test a couple of workstations that you can afford to have messed up
before you migrate the entire domain. That way, you'll get a feel for
how it works in a test environment before going live.
A further note: you will not be able to use the moveuser.exe tool
(mentioned in the second post above) on a Windows Vista workstation.
Instead, you will need to install Win32_UserProfile WMI on your Vista
boxes. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930955 for more information.
