samba - Jun 2002 - can't change samba password

Hello,

I upgrade my samba for 2.07 to 2.21 as a pdc but i can't change user
password for win 98 or win 2k machine before i upgrade changing password program
can run very well. so the expert help me to solve the problem.

my os is redhat 7.2 and samba 2.21
