Is there any udisk support in Wine as a replacement for HAL?

No. Wine only support dbus/HAL.

Sorry, that wasn't quite what I meant.

I meant there is no 32-bit HAL on 64-bit gentoo. The hal use flag is masked for
wine on 64-bit platforms.
