i need to import my reg file into registry of wine. this is a driver reg file actually.

i'm following actually following the document "http://wiki.winehq.org/USB" you can't install drivers like that in Wine, there is no support for it. it means there may be a support. so i am working on it. your further interaction is required. Regards
also tell me the command to install latest wine. the command "apt get install wine" install the old version of 1.0.1. i want wine 1.2 or above stable version.
To import .reg file you do the same as on Windows - you use "regedit".
i want to run my device which uses IC CY7C68001 (EZ USB SX-2). the driver for this IC is not avaiable for linux. i have its driver for XP but it is not compatible in Linux.
