How do I get my wine programs to access the internet through a proxy server?

this proxy server is limited to a few programs (XBMC, apt, hopefull wine), so no
linux dose not use the proxy server

you could use proxies you can find some at http://proxy-zone.net or add
"https" before link. ;))
