wine users - Apr 2011 - MS Office 2003 Install broken

I installed MS Office 2003 a while back, I think under Wine 1.3.14 (maybe
earlier). Anyway, now, under 1.3.17 Excel 2003 crashes on startup and the setup
program crashes as well (I tried to repair the Excel).
Looks to me something got broken in the 1.3.17 release or possibly .15 or .16

Does anybody else see this?

I can't reproduce it, but apparently there is a bug that affects some
versions of the Office 2003 installer.

I can't find any reports of Excel 2003 crashing on start, and it's not
happening on my system. Try reverting to the last version you knew worked, and
if that fixes it, run a regression test and file a bug.

Thanks. here is really dumb question, though: how do I revert to an older
version? The only version I see in Launchpad for Lucid is 1.3.17. Are there
still older packages of 1.3 somewhere? Or would I have to compile?
