wine users - Nov 2010 - [Q] Running multiple instances of Wine for ea ver of Win

Is there a way to run multiple versions of wine to emulate Win XP and Win 7?
Want to test on IE7 and IE9 without having to boot into Windows or use my backup
machine.

Use separate wineprefixes; however, IE9 doesn't even install at this point.
