Logcheck devel - May 2004 - Bug#226937: Ask for frequency during install

A Debconf dialog, (priority low), has been added that allows you to
select one of "hourly", "daily", or "weekly" for
the cronjob, (the
default is "hourly").

These changes have been commited to CVS and the bug will be closed on
the next upload.
