Hello All, I always used a compiled version for a x86 system>From http://kvin.lv/pub/Linux/Asterisk/ , andWorks fine. At this time , I'm using a Pentium IV Dual core, Running Centos 4.3. I tried to install the 64 bits Compiled version but has a translation time > 20ms. Is it correct ? I also tried to make my self compilation and apply The patch but the patch doesn't work on ICC 5.x 64 bits release. Someone could help me on this? Best Regards, Jefferson Carvalho ?

At $10.00US per concurrent channel, it is better to buy, than to complain. Do you complain i someone gives you a new car but you have to pay for the gas?? (Bad example with Oil prices going high, but you get the point)> -----Original Message----- > From: asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com [mailto:asterisk-users- > bounces@lists.digium.com] On Behalf Of Dovid Bender > Sent: Thursday, April 27, 2006 8:35 AM > To: Asterisk Users Mailing List - Non-Commercial Discussion > Subject: RE: [Asterisk-Users] Codec G729 / x86_64 bits. > > how much are the codecs thst you cant buy em ? i dont > intend to play judge and jurry however asterisk is a > present that was given to all of us. im some way or > another we should give to those that gave us. > > > --- Jefferson Carvalho <jefferson@JEFFNETWORKS.COM> > wrote: > > > Thanks for the suggestion , > > > > But I post a message to get a FREE codec (OPEN) , > > and not a PURCHASED. > > If I was interested in get a licensed one , believe > > that I never had > > Post a message on this list. > > > > > > > > > > -----Original Message----- > > From: asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com > > [mailto:asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com] On > > Behalf Of Hermann Wecke > > Sent: Sunday, April 23, 2006 1:19 PM > > To: Asterisk Users Mailing List - Non-Commercial > > Discussion > > Subject: Re: [Asterisk-Users] Codec G729 / x86_64 > > bits. > > > > Jefferson Carvalho wrote: > > > I always used a compiled version for a x86 system > > > From [...] > > > Someone could help me on this? > > > > Yes, the folks at Digium will be more than happy to > > help you. > > Visit > > > http://www.digium.com/en/products/voice/g729codec.php > > and get a > > licensed codec. > > _______________________________________________ > > --Bandwidth and Colocation provided by Easynews.com > > -- > > > > Asterisk-Users mailing list > > To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: > > > > > http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users > > > > _______________________________________________ > > --Bandwidth and Colocation provided by Easynews.com > > -- > > > > Asterisk-Users mailing list > > To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: > > > > > http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users > > > > > __________________________________________________ > Do You Yahoo!? > Tired of spam?
