Slow ldap authentication against samba 4
hi everyone... somebody has experimented any problems with poor performance about ldap authentication against samba 4? I'm trying authentication with 300 users and many users can't login. [PATCH] Requiring multiple auth mechanisms (updated)

Losing Packets after a DNAT in prerouting

I''m pretty sure the packet isn''t hitting a DROP rule as all my DROP rules have a LOG rule directly in front of them. migrating from samba3+openldap+autofs to samba4 AD DC?
...as to folks who have written fairly concise how-tos'? Much of what I've found so far is pretty vague. Also if moving to AD DC model, strategies for syncing with OpenLDAP...
