I've enclosed by config... I've tried everything from lowering the tx/rx gains.. to toying with 32/64/128 echo canceling taps... at 256 echoing is really bad... I've even tried recompiling the zaptel driver with the MARK2 super echo canceling support... I still have a very slight echo that I simply can not get rid of.... this echo is ONLY when going VoIP to POTS.. and I understand why it is happening.. but any thoughts on how to get rid of it? ; Zapata telephony interface ; ; Configuration file [trunkgroups] [channels] language=en context=from-pstn signalling=fxs_ks rxwink=300 ; Atlas seems to use long (250ms) winks ; ; Whether or not to do distinctive ring detection on FXO lines ; ;usedistinctiveringdetection=yes usecallerid=yes hidecallerid=no callwaiting=yes usecallingpres=yes callwaitingcallerid=yes threewaycalling=yes transfer=yes cancallforward=yes callreturn=yes ;echocancel=yes echocancel=64 echocancelwhenbridged=no echotraining=800 ;echotraining=yes rxgain=-5 txgain=-4 group=0 callgroup=1 pickupgroup=1 immediate=no ;faxdetect=both faxdetect=incoming ;faxdetect=outgoing ;faxdetect=no ;channel => 1 #include zapata-channels.conf and zapata-channels.conf is: ; Span 1: WCFXO/0 "Generic Clone Board 1" RED signalling=fxs_ks callerid="" <0> mailboxchannel => 1 ; Span 2: ZTDUMMY/1 "ZTDUMMY/1 1"
