Hello, I have a TDM400P with 4 FXO ports, currently using three. When sending or receiving calls on this card, there is a nearly constant popping/clicking sound, it is related to the echo cancellation?. I adjusted my gains properly, but to no avail. I even found that setting echotraining=no in zapata.conf didn't change the scenario at all. I've plugged analog handsets into the same jacks, and the line is crystal-clear. I thought the same thing before I made my reply but zapata.conf seems to be the only config file that deals with echo at all. From what I understand of 'echotrain' is that at the beginning of the call it sends a short signal out that measure echo in an attempt to try and cancel it. I installed the card but no echo cancellation is being made...seems like the echo canceller module does not work, infact the software cancellation is working. I find that when asterisk answers the phone, the initial second or so is lost. I can imagine that echotraining can do this, but this is between SIP phones and I don't think there is any echotraining enabled? BTW. Asterisk is definitely playing sounds that first second (The CLI would indicate that it would play a beep but I just won't hear it). Any comments appreciated. Pieter
