asterisk users - Sep 2004 - TDM400P (TDM20B) 'Freshmaker failed register test'

No matter what I do, I've tried now three different motherboards, my 
TDM400P keeps giving 'Freshmaker failed register test' after emitting a 
list of xx != 00 errors.

Anyone have any clues for me?  I'm wondering if I got a bad module or what.
