experience?

Is Asterisk providing ACD features? How user friendly is it?

Using Asterisk on Call CenterHi,

I am in the process for a 50 seats for both in-bound and out-bound. I think by
next week I can tell you something, but still, right now when we are deploying
the *. It is coming out to be very easy and stable to setup.
