asterisk users - Mar 2003 - Question about Tormenta ISA E1 card

Hello,every one! I want to fabric a piece of Tormenta ISA E1 card for study. 
But the from http://www.zapatatelephony.org is all about Tormenta ISA T1 
card. I want to know if they are using the same chips or something different 
bettween them. Thanks.
