Well, not at the same time. :-)
If you are running a recent SXCE release and you have a mirrored ZFS
root pool with two disks, for example, you can boot off either disk,
as described in the ZFS Admin Guide, pages 81-85, here:

If you create a mirrored root pool of two disks during an initial
install, then you can boot from either disk automatically.
If you add the second disk to the root pool to create a mirrored
root pool by using the zpool attach command, then you''ll need to
add the bootblock to the second disk as described in these pages,
to workaround a current bug.
Yes, booting from either disk in a mirrored root pool can be
accomplished in the upcoming Solaris 10 release as well.
