Other than which command turns on the NFS sharing, ("shareall" vs
"zfs share"),
what is the difference between the two forms of exporting a ZFS filesystem
via NFS? In particular, what differences might there be in an environment
composed of all NFSv3 clients?

Hi Ed, This BP was added as a lesson learned for not mixing these models because its too confusing to administer and no other reason. I''ll update the BP to be clear about this. I''m sure someone else will answer your NFSv3 question. (I''d like to know too).
