Is there a HowTo or tutorial about the configuration of VMDq or SR-IOV with
XEN?

I think for VMDq you might want to research Xen
''netchannel2''..

and for SR-IOV just search for Xen PCI passthru, since each VF (virtual
function)
of SR-IOV device can be passed through to a Xen guest just like normal PCI
devices..
