First, do you have a relocation address (the ip where xend listens for migrations) set on the target host? Second, make sure you allow the current dom0 to use the target dom0 in the xend-relocation-hosts-allow directive (ip address, set it on the target dom0). Third, make sure iptables isn''t blocking port 8002 on both hosts.
