Xen users - Dec 2009 - Dom0 kernel for Embedded System

I am doing an experiment in which  I want to run Dom0 kernel on an
embedded device for which I would like the kernel to have only some
specific module and kernel provide certain specific service,what can
be a good start for this.

Have you taken a look at the XEN ARM project? They have a real-time Xen for
embedded devices. Not sure if this is what you need but thought I would take a
chance. The project is at http://www.xen.org/products/projects.html or try this
