[Xen-users] poor performance between two dom-u''s on a single dom-0
We are running bandwidth tests between two dom-u''s on a single dom-0 using iperf and getting poor performance. This is using teh xen paravirtualized driver. Performance is around 10-100Mbps. Any suggestions as to why the performance may be so bad or recommendations of what to check? Thanks. _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users

What OS/distro on dom0 and domU? Which xen and kernel version?> Performance is around 10-100Mbps. > Any suggestions as to why the performance may be so bad or > recommendations of what to check?Short answer: assuming you use newer pv_ops kernel, then its a known issue. If you don''t use pv_ops kernel, then you need to provide more details about your setup. -- Fajar _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
