Xen users - Aug 2009 - dom0 is easy to be crashed?

Hi,
I have set up a xen server, with about 10-20 linux vps, and 5 hvm windows
vps,
seems dom0 will be crashed if someone in windows vps doing high IO
operations.

Any one have similar issue?
