Xen users - May 2009 - Xen-3.4 and Kernel-2.6.30-rc3 crash DomU & Dom0.

Hello!
When I install the NexentaCP2 (Opensolaris b104+) my DomU is crash.
Crash DomU leads to the crash of the Dom0.
Why?
Hardware: AMD Athlon 64X2 5400+, 4GB RAM,
OS: Ubuntu 8.10 + 2.6.30-rc3+Xen3.4.

I''ve installed Nevada build 106 and opensolaris 0811 PV DomUs on ZFS
in same environment with no problems.
It might make sense to address it to  Xen-devel mailing list along with
debugging info ( stack traces ant etc)
