I have NexentaCP2 (Opensolaris b104+). Parameters for the kernel: ''zfs-bootfs=syspool/rootfs-nmu-000,bootpath=/xpvd/xdf@0:a'' Pygrub returns: ''zfs-bootfs=syspool/30,bootpath=/xpvd/xdf@0:a'' Result: Boot with pygrub don''t work. What is "30" in syspool/30 ? _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users

Re: [Xen-users] PyGrub + ZFS: getbootstring. How it works?
What kernel you try to load under Xen 3.4 ? Actually , what is your Dom0 exactly ? What kind of DomU you try to run at Dom0 ? Opensolaris b104+ is your Dom0 or DomU ? If it''s DomU it should run at Xen 3.4 Dom0 with any pvops enabled kernel (for instance 2.6.30-rc3-tip) or standard xen-ified kernel 2.6.18-8-xen coming along with Xen 3.4. If you want Opensolaris b104+ work as Xen Dom0 , it''s your problem --- On Fri, 5/1/09, eXeC001er <execooler@gmail.com> wrote: From: eXeC001er <execooler@gmail.com> Subject: Re: [Xen-users] PyGrub + ZFS: getbootstring.
