I may state the obvious but do try to have your VM not using DHCP and see if
it''ll boot.
On Dom0 mount VM disk on any directory. Then go to that directory, change
network configuration. Then try to boot your VM.
For example, if you have Ubuntu VM
mount -o loop disk.img /mnt
vi /mnt/etc/network/interfaces
Change eth0 from DCHP to something like
auto eth0
iface eth0 inet static
address 10.1.1.2
gateway 10.1.1.1
netmask 255.255.255.0
umount /mnt
Of course change the IP to match yours. Then boot the VM. See if it''s
still stuck.
