Xen users - Feb 2009 - Difference between make world make install and make dist

Hello,

I''m tryng  to install xen by hand on my distribution. I have read the
readme but there is something i d''ont understand.
I would like to know what these three command exactly does :
-make world ?
-make dist ?
-make install ?
