Hi, I looking for kernel sources >= 2.6.26. I saw that some distributions have a version like this but I can’t found a link to a patched XEN kernel. Anybody have a link ? Maybe this one http://packages.debian.org/lenny/linux-image-2.6.26-1-xen-686? ;-) 2009/2/4 Seybold, Daniel <DSeybold@dsecomputers.de>> Hi, > > > > I looking for kernel sources >= 2.6.26. > > I saw that some distributions have a version like this but I can''t found a > link to a patched XEN kernel. > > > > Anybody have a link ? > > > > > > Thanks > > Daniel > > _______________________________________________ > Xen-users mailing list > Xen-users@lists.xensource.com > http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users >_______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users

I wonder what hardware configs ( obviously not AHCI(SATA) or IDE ) allow to boot 2.6.29-rc3 under Xen Unstable at mean time ? Maybe some SAS/SCSI adapters ? AW: [Xen-users] XEN kernel sources 2.6.28 ==> kernel panic ?
Sorry I forgot...I use 64-Bit gentoo linux and need a dom0 kernel I tried the kernel 2.6.27 below, but I got an error on boot with 4GB RAM: Press I to enter interactive boot mode * Mounting proc at /proc ... [ ok ] * Mounting sysfs at /sys ... [ ok ] * Mounting /dev ... [ ok ] * Starting udevd ... [ ok ] * Populating /dev with existing devices through uevents ... [ ok ] * Waiting for uevents to be processed ... INIT: Entering runlevel: 3 [ 10.449773] Kernel panic - not syncing: Out of memory and no killable processes... [ 10.449776] And the system hangs...Same thing with the kernel I used before. If I just use 2GB of RAM the XEN-kernel will boot without problem. If I compile 2.6.27 kernel without XEN option the system will also boot with 4GB and I can see the 4GB, too. What do I wrong, is this a kernel problem or system problem ? Hi, unfortunately "xm dmesg" shows me only the messages from the last boot, how can I show or save the dmesg''s before ? My kernel crashes and I need the dmesg of that but if I boot with a working kernel the crashed demesg is never available. Thanks. _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
