hi all, My red hat cluster has 2 nodes. Xen hypervisor in installed on both nodes. Node1 has a virtual machine running (in a failover domain). Both of the nodes are colfax server which supports IPMI LAN. So, on the both nodes I have IPMI interfaces running fine. My question is how do I test to see if fencing is working. Right now my test servers have only single power supply only. I am planning to use the servers which has dual power supplies for production use. Thanks in Advance Paras. _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users

I am using iscsi in node3 for shared storage. Thanks Paras. _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
why do you think this is xen-related? Kai -- Kai Schätzl, Berlin, Germany Get your web at Conactive Internet Services: http://www.conactive.com _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
Hi Paras, Since IPMI usually runs out of band I see how this is Xen related. If you are having trouble with IPMI software utilities running on a Xen VM then try disabling the firewall to test.
