Hi all, I''m having the (what seems to be) usual error: Dec 18 08:25:01 x2 kernel: printk: 1057 messages suppressed. Dec 18 08:25:01 x2 kernel: 4gb seg fixup, process foobar (pid 9049), cs:ip 73:b7e7b69e Dec 18 08:25:06 x2 kernel: printk: 1379 messages suppressed. Dec 18 08:25:06 x2 kernel: 4gb seg fixup, process foobar (pid 8948), cs:ip 73:b7ddb69e I have surfed and tried all the solutions I could find but none seem to apply. I don''t see any mention of a fix for this in newer version(s) so I feel cornered. Can someone help? -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi, have you tried to move/rename the folder "/lib/tls" to "/lib/tls.disabled" ? Shouldn''t be necessary with libc6-xen, but i''ve had two debian-servers where this was the only helping solution. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi Bastian, thanks for this post. Seems that i missed this bug report. I don''t have an libc6-xen in my /etc/ld.so.conf.d/ but an /etc/ld.so.hwcappkgs, which contains libc6-xen (and version number). I still have the /lib/tls.disabled too, but no problems with the 4gb seg fixup.
