[Xen-users] VNC not listenting on server when MAC specified in VIF statement
Hello everyone, name=''lynx'' kernel = ''/usr/lib/xen/boot/hvmloader'' builder=''hvm'' boot = ''dc'' memory = 2048 # vif = [ ''vifname=lynx, mac=aa:00:16:3e:ff:a1:0e, bridge=eth0'' ] vif = [ ''vifname=lynx, bridge=eth0'' ] disk = [ ''phy:/dev/vg01/lynx,hda,w'',''file:/iso_images/CentOS-5.2-i386-bin-DVD.iso,hdc:cdrom,r'' ] device_model = ''/usr/lib/xen/bin/qemu-dm'' vnc=1 sdl=0 vcpus = 1 vnclisten=''0.0.0.0'' vncpasswd=''vnc'' vncunused=1 vncdisplay=1 serial=''pty'' pae=1 acpi=1 apci=0 Running Xen 3.3.0 dev. When I specify a MAC in the VIF line VNC doesn''t listen on the server. When I don''t specify a MAC it does. Any ideas? Without MAC being specified: Maggie:~# netstat -an |grep 59 tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:5901 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN Maggie:~# xm list Name ID Mem VCPUs State Time(s) Domain-0 0 512 4 r----- 25325.3 lynx 46 2048 1 -b---- 81.4 Thanks, Jim _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
