People, this don''t work for me.
Even using localtime=1 + rtc_timeoffset=-7200 (GMT -2)
Is there any trick ?

This should be nothing to do with the GPLPV drivers.
localtime= doesn''t appear to work with any of the xen versions I have
tried, up to and including 3.2.2. You can use
''rtc_timeoffset=<minutes>''
to achieve a similar effect though, I use
''rtc_timeoffset=39600'' (+11
hours), although you have to change it if you move into or out of
''summer time''.
