Xen users - Aug 2008 - Can a domU see how many CPU''s the dom0 has?

I know that vmware guests know which kind of processor the host is using
- no matter how many cpu''s are assigned to the guest. How much
Information is given to domU in Xen? Does the domU know if the host has
multiple cores?

I saw today virt-what was released, by Red Hat, maybe doing what you want.
