Is this an output from convirt(Dom0) or from the virtual machine after
starting it (DomU)?
If it''s an DomU output, it seems like the driver for the virtual
network
card isn''t found.
So you have to make an initrd for it, or attach the Dom0 initrd in the
vm config file.
Have you got a little bit console experience?
I you have not, maybe someone with convirt experience could help you
much better.
