Arpan,
Go through the Driver Domain section in the Xen Users Guide. I think its
section 5.3. It explains how you can hide a NIC card from Dom0 and allow a
DomU to load a driver for the device. I have tried this with Xen 3.1 and it
should work for 3.2 as well.
