Xen users - Apr 2008 - xm restore & HVM -> invalid device model signature read

Hello

I''m quite new to Xen. I''m using XEN 3.2.1 on debian etch whith
backports.
I have a fully virtualized W2K3 domU which works well. But i''m not able
to
run xm save / restore on it.

xm save works well, but when I whant to restore, I have this error: "Error:
invalid device model signature read".

Here is my xen file:

I have exactly the same problem, no idea why. Might be a bug in the
backport?
