Xen users - Mar 2008 - bridge & IP

hi,

I have a domU FC8-xen-VM which is hosted on a FC8-xen srv. I have the
eth0 of the dom0 which is 192.168.3.5. Is there any way to set on
domU/VM an eth0 IP which is 192.168.3.15 WITHOUT natting?

I presume you mean WITHOUT bridging ? why not use the routing method instead ?
