Hi, I see that you have same problem then I do. 2.6.24.2 Can''t allocate more memory then 760Mb. Is there some kind of bug going on over there? :) ---------- Forwarded message ---------- Date: Mon, 18 Feb 2008 16:03:28 +0200 (EET) From: Kalle <kalle@addikti.net> To: xen-users@lists.xensource.com Subject: [Xen-users] Boot error with 2.6.23 domU That can''t be the last line. What is the last line? Kernel boot''s ok, but where does that die? Or if that is last line then your distro has to be told it it uses hvc too. Check /etc/inittab and change tty1 to hvc0 and voila! _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users

And I didn''t notice the "Warning only 727MB will be used." at all. In fact, I booted that system with 1.7 GB RAM. So it looks there are two problems :( I''ll stay with an old 2.6.18 for a while until someone gets an idea. -- Tomasz Chmielewski http://wpkg.org _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
