I have jboss AS 4.0 running on Ubuntu Dapper 6.06.1 LTS amd64 domU on
Ubuntu Dapper 6.06.1 LTS amd64 dom0, hardware is Dell PowerEdge 1850
dual Xeon 2 GB RAM, I think it''s PERC 4e/Si RAID1. I don''t
remember the
exact Xeon, but it was pre-HVM. There was nothing special at all about
it except that jboss loves lots of RAM, so I had to give more to the
domU, think it was about 768 MB - 1024 MB, didn''t notice much
difference
in performance vs. running native with a regular kernel on the same OS /
hardware. OTOH I am only running a few simple applets, it''s not a
heavily loaded jboss.
