Well if nvidia can write some compatible driver, may work as I hear from
some people having success in such setup. Did you try the "nv" driver?
In my setup, I have 2 X''s running on Dom0, one for Dom0, another for
DomU. I
do XDMCP. Even Compiz works :)
For audio, I use pulseaudio in Dom0 that acts as an ESD and Pulseaudio
server to clients, along with avahi.
