Hi, Is there a way to prevent the guest OS from detecting new USB devices? I''m running RHEL5 and under Xen is a WinXP install. I''ve got a USB mouse and keyboard. Everything seems to work just fine, until I plug in a new USB device. Doing so causes RHEL to reboot. It does not always happen immediately, but appears to happen when WinXP detects a new USB device. Is there a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance. _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users

Is there a solution to this problem?I''m a little confused here; WinXP shouldn''t be seeing the USB devices unless you''ve configured Xen to pass through USB devices to the guest. Have you done this? Does this happen if the WinXP domain is not running and your plug in a USB device? Cheers, Mark -- Dave: Just a question. What use is a unicyle with no seat? And no pedals! Mark: My wheel has a wheel! _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
