Xen users - Jun 2007 - compiling libc6 for dapper

hi,

i spent now several hours to recompile the glibc6 on dapper, following
this howto:

or exporting:

CFLAGS="-O2 -march=nocona -pipe -mno-tls-direct-seg-refs"
CHOST="i686-pc-linux-gnu"
CXXFLAGS="${CFLAGS}"

i installed both files:

libc6-i686_2.3.6-0ubuntu20.4_i386.deb
libc6_2.3.6-0ubuntu20.4_i386.deb

but, i alway get the 4gb seg fixup .... messages. :-(

any suggestions?
