Xen users - May 2007 - Dom0 vcpu paused?

Hi xen-users,

I would like to revoke the pausing state of VCPU 1 of Domain-0. Can  
someone please explain me how to do this?

Additionally I would like to know how the vcpu of Domain-0 got into  
this state.
