[Xen-users] xen 3.0.4.1 xm reboot does shutdown instead
Hello, We are running GPL xen 3.0.4.1 from the Red Hat RPM builds listed on the Xensource site. The dom0''s are all CentOS 4.x and Ubuntu Feisty. When running xen 3.0.4.1 I have noticed that "xm reboot <domU>" always does a "shutdown" instead. The domU does a proper shutdown, but doesn''t come back up. We have to run "xm create <domU>" again to start it again. The same domU image running under xen 3.0.3 reboots properly. The behavior occurs with both CentOS 4.x and Ubuntu Feisty domU''s. Is this a xen 3.0.4.1 bug or is there some sort of configuration parameter that must change to maintain the same reboot behavior on both 3.0.4.1 and 3.0.3. Any info appreciated. Thanks.
