Hi, Anyone here got networking under Vista? I''m using the emulated realtek network device and have configured IP in the Windows guest. tcpdump confirms that the guest is arping and that responses are going to the tun network device, however for some reason Vista doesn''t seem to be getting the responses.... I''d be interested to know if anybody else has seen / solved this problem! Cheers, Mark -- Dave: Just a question. What use is a unicyle with no seat? And no pedals! Mark: To answer a question with a question: What use is a skateboard? Dave: Skateboards have wheels. Mark: My wheel has a wheel! _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
Hi there, I can''t help as I haven''t tried Vista yet. I''m running Windows XP as well as Windows 2003 Server successfully under Xen 3.0.3 / Linux 2.6.16.29. Can you tell me your Xen / Linux version and the Vista version you''re running? Did you do anything special to make it work? Did you install it from QEMU (emulated) or from Xen (hardware-virt) or did you take conver and VMWare Vista install or... ? Thanks in advance for any infos, Jean ___________________________________________________________________________ Découvrez une nouvelle façon d''obtenir des réponses à toutes vos questions ! Hi, I had the same problem. I downloaded and installed drivers for Windows 2000 and it is working now.
