Hello @all, after my successful installation of several domU, I''ve got one problem with the netatalk file server. The start is not possible because netatalk is unable to modify the eth0 device for working/registering with Etherlink on the network card. Does somebody know howto solve this problem? Thanks Daniel _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users

What you need is to enable multicast on the nic (which seems not to be able on a virtual interface - I have not tried, but another poster seemed to have this result). Have a look at pci passthrough, so. Dirk _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users

Then your xen guests could use standard TCP/IP without multicast.
