I tried i once. It won''t work. Virtualized System under a virtualized system could not work. My system got problems concerning the memory in the Xen virtual System! It should work in principle; bits of Xen were developed under VMware. It''s possible that Xen 3.0 tickles some bugs (or rather, incompletenesses) in VMware, so it may not work at the moment.
